« We had an exceptional stay in a Cabin Pecheur and we highly recommend this campsite. There are small number of things we would draw your attention to: 1) We checked in very late because of a delayed flight, and we did not get information about the check-out process etc. however, perhaps we should have followed this up ourselves the next day. 2) We stayed during an hour exceptionally hot period with temperatures of 40 degrees. The pool should have stayed open a little later to help. 3) During the very hot weather, we could not get chairs around the pool and we were not allowed bring in our small folding chairs. We had used these earlier in the week with no problem. In addition, others were permitted to use their own beds with back supports and large carts which were used as children’s beds. These took up far more space than our chairs, and we would have appreciated consistency. 4) We were woken one night after 1am by shouting immediately outside our cabin (ie about three feet from our heads). Security dealt with the issue which seemed to be teenagers thinking they had found a snake (it was not). However; our neighbours were out again 30 minutes later, waking us again. We felt security could have been firmer in making both groups be quiet, but they did arrive quickly on both occasions, even before we needed to ring them. These were all small issues and overall our stay was excellent - definitely the best campsite we have stayed in. »

« This is our 4th year staying at Serignan and we're just as delighted. We particularly admire the fact that every year we see little (or big) improvements and investment on the site. The planting and landscaping continues to be absolutely beautifully planned and maintained. The whole site is scrupulously clean and the accommodation is comfortable. We're definitely coming back »

« Serignan is a fantastic site and we try to visit every year. There were a lot of new staff this year but overall we had a great time. The lack of shade in the main entertainment area and in camping areas is becoming an issue as years get hotter. Fans/AC in the bar area would help too. »

« It was our 4th stay with family and friends and it was again a wonderful experience. We really love everything about the camping and will definitely come back again in the future. If I would have to make 1 remark it would be to improve the WIFI. »

« Wunderschöner Platz. Bepflanzung ist sehr schön und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Die Öffnungszeiten des Supermarktes und der Restaurants ist nicht Optimal, da über den Nachmittag ziemlich lang zu ist. Eine Beach Bar wäre auch schön. Gab es im Juni keine. Ansonsten, fast perfekt »

« Suuuuper camping, behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk personeel, personeenlijk ontvangst, alles mooi met planten en bloemen zeer verzorgd, sanitair top, ligweide met bomen en zetels, mooi zwembad ( in het hoogseizoen wat krap en redders mogen wat strenger zijn). Gezellig binnenplein met winkels.... alles super. »

« The site is lovely. Loungers always available at the pool. Most staff very pleasant. Adult food was good, child menus were shockingly poor, chicken nuggets and fish fingers, not what you would expect in a country that is known for its gastronomy. If all food onsite, adult and child, were basic it would have been more acceptable. Why have such poor quality food for children?? This was our first holiday where we chose to eat in the accommodation rather than in the restaurant most nights as the options for our children were so poor. »

« Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt na ośrodku. Warto go ponownie odwiedzić. Całość dobrze utrzymana. Bardzo można pochwalić czystość toalet oraz automaty na płyn do dezynfekcji. W czasie całego pobytu, toalety zawsze były czyste. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pochwalić też można administrację ośrodka za pilnowanie porządku. W szczególności gdy występowało wiele pożarów wokół. »

« Overall positive especially the overall upkeep and campsite facilities entertainment and staff. However the "premium" accommodation is a case of style over substance. Uncomfortable and impractical. »
